Located between 112 - 122 Riddiford Street in Newtown, Wellington. It is a beautiful example of a mixed use Edwardian hotel/commercial building. 

The intricate ornamentation and striking wedge shape has made it an icon of the area.

This building contributes to the Newtown Central Heritage Area.

The limited edition prints have a very limited run of 30 in total. They are archival quality and are numbered and signed by Sarah.
