Located between 112 - 122 Riddiford Street in Newtown, Wellington. It is a beautiful example of a mixed use Edwardian hotel/commercial building.
The intricate ornamentation and striking wedge shape has made it an icon of the area.
This building contributes to the Newtown Central Heritage Area.
